phky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must not share your phky account credentials with any third party. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
phky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. phky does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the phky deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your phky account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. phky aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. phky reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. phky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phky makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phky Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phky from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
phky reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When phky makes material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the phky Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
